In 2020, the University of Liberia engaged us to support them migrate their teaching and learning structures online ahead of the Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns and set them up on Microsoft 365.
The University of Liberia contracted Kwagei Group to perform this.
We worked with their team to design and setup a robust learning management system (LMS), trained staff and students, and launched the LMS ahead of schedule for over 25,000 users in Microsoft 365.
In January 2020, Liberian insurance leader, Activa Liberia, was looking for a firm to recover and store company data for business continuity.
Activa Liberia contracted Kwagei Group to help in this regard.
Over the course of six(6) weeks, we setup and migrated all their files to our cloud backup solution. We also trained and handed over the cloud backup system.
In May 2025, Orange Money Liberia was looking to automate their paper-based compliance with the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) requirements for customer and agent support with a help desk platform.
Orange Money Liberia contracted Kwagei Group to help in this regard.
An ongoing project, we have setup our automation platform, Leeneh, integrated with Orange Money backend systems and WhatsApp Business API and trained staff to use the platform.
In December 2024, the Projects Financial Management Unit (PFMU) of the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) was looking to digitize their paper records to build a searchable knowledge-base and automate their payment request processes.
PFMU contracted Kwagei Group to help in this regard.
An ongoing project, we have setup the automation platform and are currently scanning paper records before performing OCR, and training staff to use the platform.
In April 2022, UNESCO Liberia was looking for a secure place to store educational content as part of their support to the Rural Teacher Training Institutes (RTTI).
UNESCO Liberia contracted Kwagei Group to help in this regard.
Over the course of seven(7) weeks, we setup and the platform, uploaded their content and trained teachers-in-training to use the platform.
In December 2019, France-based company, Sofreco SA, was looking to move away from their proprietary cloud solution to a more robust cloud backup service they can own.
Sofreco contracted Kwagei Group to help in this regard.
Over the course of two(2) months, we setup and migrated all their files to our cloud backup solution. We also trained and handed over the cloud backup system that is still in use today.
